Here's a look at our latest project that we took on near Indian Lake, OH. We bought this 29 acre, 117 site park at a discount with ZERO campers in it as it was previously a private membership. In just one year we were able to completely fill our monthly and seasonal sites with a waiting list, have nearly completely booked short-term sites, got all of the cabins staged and bookable, remodeled the pool building, had the entire park setup for online reservations and even opened up a brewery in an existing building on the property!

Next up is continued property upgrades and looking into expanding with additional full hookup sites.

Older properties certainly have their challenges but also have some random good surprises! We found these 45+ year old white oak floors under carpet while renovating a couple of apartments in a 12-unit building. Such a drastic change over carpet and they add so much more character than what’s found in most newer apartments.
