Closed on this one and so thankful to have been part of it!
This listing was referred to me by another agent from another Windermere office, and when I first saw the property, I quickly realized it needed quite a bit of TLC and attention before hitting the market.
I was able to help with coordinating all of the contractor work, shoutout to Dreamers building L.L.C and Dbl Lawncare for the repairs, landscaping and clean out to get the home ready. Once that was done, we had it professionally cleaned, staged and photographed, and the transformation turned out so good.
