The latest numbers are in, and they tell an interesting story.

🏡 New Listings: 1,740 (down less than 1%)
📈 Active Listings: 2,801 (up 35.6%)
📝 Pending Sales: 1,076 (up 8.2%)
🔑 Sold Homes: 924 (down 4.1%)
💰 Median Sales Price: $759,875 (down 3.2%)

What does this mean?

More homes are coming on the market, giving buyers more choices. At the same time, pending sales are up, which tells us buyers are still active and motivated.
