Wall art should be minimalist (1-3 items per room) and horizontal surfaces should be empty.

Over half of my business involves selling homes, and I often encounter similar situations. Here are my top 5 recommendations for all home sellers:

🏡 Pack everything you won’t need in the next 90 days. - get a head start on packing while decluttering the house!
✨ Hire a professional cleaner. - they will take care of all the things most homeowners don’t see, but buyers are aware of.
💡 Make sure all lightbulbs are working and are the same color. -make it bright and light! Daylight bulbs are best.
🌳 Pay extra attention to landscaping and the front entry. -First impressions are important!
🤝 Hire an agent who listens to market feedback. - Appealing to more buyers will lead to more offers and a higher sales price!
