After hearing from the Food Bank and other charities about how much more help is needed this year than ever before, we have also learned that there are limited donation drop off areas due to COVID (as well as limited partners due to businesses being closed).

We decided to help host a remote donation drop off at an essential business in Marysville.

Snohomish County Real Estate Oct Market Update📈

The Market is so so HOT🔥. You can see the market showed good appreciation year over year while Oct 2020 is also up from Oct 2019. Days on market dropped significantly, price per square foot is up, and list-to-sales price moved up as well.

One of the key stats jumping out is slightly more homes were listed but far more homes were sold!!

There is an incredible amount of demand in the market and a very limited supply of homes. This provides huge opportunities for anyone thinking of selling their home. Buyers must adhere to various strategies to win right now. Does your realtor have you working a strategy❓
