🎶 It's (almost) the final countdown... 🎶

Okay, maybe not quite yet. 😂

We're officially at 32 WEEKS! 💕 Baby girl is due November 6th, and since I've already had a few people start feeling me out about my schedule because they thought I was due sooner, I figured it was time for a little baby + business update!

First things first...

I'M STILL WORKING! 🙋🏼‍♀️🏡

I'm still taking listings, working with buyers, showing homes, writing offers, negotiating contracts and getting everyone to the settlement table.

My plan is to continue doing exactly that for as long as I comfortably can.

Obviously, as November gets closer there may come a point where I'm not able to physically run all over Central PA like I normally do. 😂

BUT...

Remember how I dragged Nick into the real estate industry with me five years ago?!

YEP! He's still my partner in crime. 😂❤️

And this is exactly when that comes in handy.

If I'm unable to physically be in the field, I will still be right behind the scenes handling contracts, negotiations, deadlines, phone calls, communication and all the moving pieces.

Nick will simply become my eyes, ears and legs IN the field.

I also have additional support within the office if and when it's needed. So whether baby girl decides to stay put until November or has plans of her own, WE have you covered. 🏡💕

We're so excited for this next chapter and to officially become a family of FIVE. 🥹💗

And most importantly, I just want to say THANK YOU.

Thank you to every single person who has chosen me to be their Realtor, trusted me with one of the biggest decisions in their lives, referred my name to a friend or family member, shared one of my posts, or continued to support my business year after year.

I never take that trust lightly. The fact that I get to continue doing a job I genuinely love while growing our family means more to me than I can put into words.🥹

Yes, things may look a little different for a short season.
