Gutter Cleaning: We currently have Finnmark on property to complete a full gutter cleaning of all buildings. This project is scheduled to take 1 week. Should you experience any issues during this time, please contact the office. We appreciate your cooperation as we get this completed.

Our new trash compactor is finally set for arrival and install! Woohoo! Scheduled for this Friday, 1/12. It's been a long time coming and we definitely look forward to this! Plus it's larger which should help reduce the number of pickups needed to empty it, thus lowering your utility bills! Yaaaayyyyy!

The office has officially relocated to unit X108 for the next several months as the office/clubhouse undergoes full renovations! If you need to chat with us or pick up packages, that's where we'll be. Don't be strangers 😁

Christmas Tree Disposal - We will have two designated areas for residents to drop off their trees for disposal: 1) J-Park (main park at back of property); 2) Office Park. Trees are to be placed on the basketball court at J-Park and behind the mailbox trees at the office park. Removal of any dropped off trees will be on January 8th, so please be sure to have your tree in one of these two locations. DO NOT TOSS YOUR TREES INTO THE WOODS OR LEAVE ON YOUR PATIOS. This is a courtesy service, so please use it! Thank you!!!

Happy Holiday's from Carroll's Creek Landing! As we continue through this holiday season, we wanted to make you all aware of our office hours from now through the end of the year. Though we will not be here as regularly scheduled, a representative will be available for Emergency Maintenance needs. For such requests, call the office at (360) 652-4488 and your call will be forwarded to our on-call service who will dispatch a Maintenance representative.
