Born and raised in Marysville, Dave Erwin understands the community and those clients he represents. He enjoys spending time with his family camping, vacationing in the desert or on a beach, and has a passion for classic street cars. Dave started working young, he worked mostly at car dealerships at different positions and then moved into a manufacturing career at local factories. Dave also worked
for an investment company flipping homes which helped spark his interest in Real Estate. After raising two sons of their own, Dave and his wife Rhonda, decided a career in Real Estate has been patiently waiting for him. The opportunity to make new friends during a business transaction is something Dave strives for. He possesses a keen understanding of Marysville's fast-growing market and utilizes that skill to be a strong asset to his clients.
