✨Centrality: homes within cities with little room to expand tend to have higher price points. So, you may consider looking outside of city limits. However, when a population exodus occurs from within the city, the outlying areas tend to hurt the most with decline in property value.

🏘 Neighborhood Accessibility, Appearance and Amenities: does the home have an easy commute to and from work? Is it close to where you spend our time? Do you feel comfortable and see yourself living your life within the neighborhood? Are your hobbies and passions within a reasonable distance from the home? These are the questions to consider when looking at a home's accessibility, appearance and amenities.

🏗 Future Development: a home’s value can drastically change depending on what the city or county has planned for the area. Do some research and find out what may be coming into the home's area.
