Monday Market Watch

Happy New Year and buyers are seeing a bit more inventory which is making them happy for the moment. Last week brokers in Snohomish County listed 73 new listings which is 35 more compared to the previous week. During this same time period brokers turned in 177 sales which is 66 fewer than the previous week. So we can see there has been a little bump for buyers in todays market but don't expect it to last long.

I am so proud of myself, I finished my 90 Real Estate continuing education hrs for my first Liscense renewal. I finished it 4 months ahead of time(my real estate Liscense expires March 25,2021) All I have to do now is pay for my license. I’m excited to be able to get back into real estate as soon as the covid situation settles down. I have been super busy working at the hospital. We are so short staffed on all shifts. We are seeing so many SUPER sick people. Stay safe everyone xoxo

Monday Market Watch

And the beat goes on! Real estate brokers in Snohomish County reported 229 new listings and turned in 475 pending sales. With the volume of transactions decreasing the desire for homes still remains very high. Brokers sold 246 more homes than they listed. Buyers are still competing for homes in the median and average price ranges throughout the County. It's great news for sellers and with historic low interest rates buyers cannot just sit by and wait any longer.

Monday Market Watch

Balancing Market? Well I'm sure about that but it looks like we have more listings than last week by 18 and 107 less reported pending sales for the same time period. That is some relief for buyer however the number of pending sales still outweighs the total number of new listings every week.

Guess what day it is?!?! Monday Market Watch:)

Is it really true? You bet it is! Last week brokers in Snohomish County reported in 42 more pending sales than last week and 38 fewer new listings. Now it's getting serious for buyers. Multiple offers are very common and we are setting seasonal records in real estate sales. It's amazing!
