Attention Recology Yuba-Sutter Customers

Starting the week of October 12, 2026, collection days will change for many Yuba-Sutter addresses. To check your address, visit www.recology.com/rysreroute
Who’s affected? Any customer with a plastic toter/cart is potentially affected (commercial customers with metal bins are not affected). If your collection date IS changing, you will also receive a postcard later this month with details. If your collection date is NOT changing, your time of collection may change, please continue to have your carts out by 5AM.
Why is this needed? Looking back, we believe it has been 20 to 30 years (or more!) since a substantial reroute was conducted, and wow how the Yuba-Sutter area has grown and changed since then. This reroute will increase service efficiency, increase driver safety, balance the workload across the week, and accommodate projected residential development.
