Matt felt like a longer walk to Michigan Ave this morning & the Magnificent Mile! Great location for the Local REALTOR office. Passing the historic Chicago Tribune building, walking to Starbucks Reserve Store, no photo because 60 people were waiting in line for their turn to get in. Chicago River flows out to Lake Michigan nearby. Great views from our 16th floor Hotel Suite. We do love Chicago!

My Windermere Virtual AI Assistant tells me this morning my Agenda is to reach out to Matt & Karen Eckerson. Maybe IT is wondering if we are having meltdowns with everything going on 😛😂 Actually, everything is going well, we are enjoying the roses as they open in the yard. We moved out a lot of our things at our Moving Sale last Saturday. Including the pink hard hat, eye protection & tool belt I used to help Matt build the Big House next to us. I felt the new Owner, our great Neighbor, needed to have that little piece of history for her home. Make note, our final moving sale is June 6th, Saturday again, 9-5. Come see us!
