New home owner!! 🎉🏡
Congratulations to Rex and Amber!! These two were a referral and I had never met them. Upon meeting them and working with them since last fall they have turned into friends. I have loved getting to know them and so incredibly happy for them. They closed on their first home today. We made their offer strong and in a multiple Offer situation theirs was the one picked. Everything went smoothed and we negotiated remedies and all worked together to get to the closing table. The amazing Samantha S. Armbruster was able to get us a clear to close is one week. In one week we got our offer accepted, the home inspected, negotiated remedies, appraisal ordered and back to lender and file cleared to close!! Samantha and her team are miracle workers.
