Meet Brian Coe, Owner/Founder of Coe Appraisals and certified residential appraiser. Originally from Tompkinsville, KY, Brian attended and graduated from MTSU. He began selling real estate in Smithville, TN on Center Hill Lake in 2004. After many years as an agent, he became an appraiser trainee with Knoxville Appraisals in 2016. In 2020, he founded Coe Appraisals in Maryville. Brian is also a real estate broker, giving him experience and insight into the many aspects of the industry. When not working, Brian enjoys golfing, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife, Lauren, and daughter, Elayna.
