Q: What service do you provide?
A: We attempt to locate property pins.

Q: What do you mean by “attempt to locate property pins”?
A: For a variety of reasons, pins may have been accidentally or intentionally moved or removed. For this reason, there’s no guarantee that any or all pins will/can be found.

Q: Do you guarantee that any found pins are in their correct and legal location?
A: No. If you require that, you may want to contact an engineering firm or registered land surveyor. They can inform you about what the process requires and all of the costs involved.

Q: Are you an Engineering firm or registered land surveyors?
A: No.

Q: How soon can you provide your service?
A: Usually within two weeks, but that’s not guaranteed. At this time our schedule has been very busy, so replies for service may be delayed.

Q: What is the cost?
A: $179 for UP TO one acre. An additional $79 per acre or portion thereof after the first acre.
