Some stories just stick with you.

When this sweet seller walked into our office after the passing of her husband, she was carrying the weight of beginning again. Her home, which she lovingly called her ā€œdollhouse,ā€ was every bit as charming as she described, from the welcoming front porch to the swing set in the backyard.

We priced it smartly, photographed it beautifully (thanks, Sharon!), and launched a pre-listing campaign that had the phones ringing before we even went live.
