This is just a friendly reminder to be aware that cold temperatures are coming! To keep pipes from freezing please do the following:

Check to make sure all vents are open in the basements of townhomes.

Keep garage doors shut.

Take garden hoses off outside.

Keep heat on at least 60 if you are going out of town or away for an extended period of time.

If you have a heat pump installed in the unit you will need to change the heat to EMH (Emergency Heat).
