Meet Sara Price — founder, broker, owner, and active agent behind The Price Agency.
While Sara leads the vision and growth of the brokerage, she's still actively helping clients buy, sell, invest, and navigate the ever-changing real estate market. She's also committed to building an environment where agents can grow their businesses while having the support, collaboration, and resources of a close-knit brokerage behind them.
With more than 20 years of experience, Sara brings a deep understanding of both local and national market trends. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a degree in Advertising and Communications, she has worked alongside buyers, sellers, investors, builders, and developers throughout her career.
Her dedication and results have earned her numerous industry recognitions, including becoming the youngest—and youngest female—recipient of the Pinnacle Award from Realty Executives Associates in 2021, 2023, and 2025. She has also received the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors Silver and Gold Awards of Excellence, along with multiple President's Club Awards for sales volume.
The truth is, Sara's role is difficult to capture in a single title. On any given day, you might find her advising agents, meeting with clients, planning future developments, or shaping the direction of the brokerage itself.
That perspective, from the day-to-day details to the bigger picture, is a big part of what makes The Price Agency what it is today, and we're grateful to have her leading the way!
