It’s at 1624 N Grand. It is upstairs. It has baseboard heat and an AC in the living room wall. It has garbage disposal, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. The bedrooms are large with very large closets. There is a linen closet with shelving in the hallway outside the bath and a coat closet right inside the front door. Water and trash are furnished with the $700 rent ($700 security deposit). You are responsible for electric ($50-100) and internet (United fiber is $50). Utilities will vary with tenants and their personal usage. There is trash collection at the front of each building. All units have doorbells. Off street parking is well lit and snow removal is provided. Building is professionally sprayed every 3 months for pests and locks are changed in between tenants. Well maintained and just blocks off campus! There is a laundry room on site at the south end of the building. It takes $1 to wash and $1 to dry.
