What is something that used to be built into the 🏠 that you miss having today?

I miss the standard 🧹 closet like my grandmother had. She had her Kirby vacuum cleaner, broom, mop 🪣, and mop all in one closet! And it was usually found centrally located in the house.

Instead. Today we have to get attachments or buy a cabinet 🗄️ and put it in a utility room. Which is not usually placed centrally in the house like the standard broom closet was.

People please listen. Stop letting unlicensed uninsured people work on your house!

When you sign a contract with a contractor, you should have a copy of their license and you should have proof of insurance preferably you listed as additionally insured.

Your brother's uncle's neighbor be able to fix it. But if he does it wrong and your house burns down or you fall through the floor then guess what. Figure out the money you paid him. You're out the money and you have to pay an actual contractor to fix it properly and you're most likely injured or lost items of value.
