Trey Ridenour is a commercial real estate advisor at PWA Properties, specializing in land brokerage throughout East Tennessee. A Knoxville native and graduate of Webb School of Knoxville and the University of Tennessee, Trey leverages a local network and strong market knowledge to serve clients across the region.
During his time at the University of Tennessee, Trey served as a lead liaison to the administration, chaired an executive board, and represented member interests at the institutional level. As a sophomore, he secured an internship with Eagle Bend Development, where he gained hands-on experience navigating the full entitlement process. Since then, Trey has played a key role in the transaction of more than 1,000 residential lots with developers throughout East Tennessee.
With experience in residential sales and direct collaboration with subcontractors, Trey brings a practical, ground-level understanding of projects from concept through completion. At PWA Properties, he combines strong industry relationships with a thorough understanding of zoning, regulatory requirements, and the broader planning process.
