You have access to the wifi internet included in the rent which is great for Roku or internet TV. There is a laundry room in the complex that is only 40 ft away from your studio apartment. Window A/C cools the whole apartment down nicely and monthly utilities should be around $114.00 a month. There is also a storage unit with a key for your belongings in the back of the condo. The floors are new laminate and the ceramic tiles in the bathroom are also new. Painted with a natural, easy to the eye, palate, this studio welcomes you to Cape Cod with a smile.

If you check our website for year round availability....
1) the date you see is the date that the tenants lease is over
2) the tenant has first option to renew the lease
3) MASS law says they only have to give us 30 days notice
4) CCUSA R E requests that they give us 60 days notice
5) CCUSA R E has NO waiting list and we do not call back anyone
