I’m so happy to share that I’ve joined a new real estate team — and even more meaningful, I now get to work alongside my son! ❤️
While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to a wonderful team, I’m incredibly grateful for the relationships built along the way. At the same time, I’m beyond excited for this next chapter — growing, learning, and helping others alongside my son on a whole new level. 🏡

Real estate has been part of Stefanie’s life for as long as she can remember. Raised in a family deeply rooted in property management and real estate operations, she developed a passion for the industry early on — purchasing her first property at just 18 years old. 🏠✨ That milestone set the foundation for what has become a lifelong commitment to real estate.
Before fully stepping into brokerage and property management, Stefanie spent 12 successful years in banking and real estate underwriting/lending. 💼📊 In 2014, she made the decision to leave the corporate world and dedicate herself entirely to real estate. Her strong financial background gives her an exceptional analytical edge and a comprehensive understanding of contracts, lending, and negotiations — insight that consistently protects and benefits her clients. 🤝📑
Over the years, Stefanie has managed numerous properties and guided many successful transactions. She earned her real estate license and went on to obtain her Broker Associate license. She is also a licensed Broker Associate in Georgia, where she frequently conducts business in brokerage, property management, and short-term rentals. 🌴🏘️ She currently manages the Reyes Retreat Airbnb in Georgia, giving her hands-on experience in the fast-growing short-term rental market. 🏡📅
Real estate is truly a family passion for Stefanie. Two of her three children are licensed agents, and she is especially excited to now be working alongside her son, Jorge, and the Reyes Realty team here in Iowa. 👨👩👧👦💙 Together, they bring experience, dedication, and forward-thinking strategy to deliver exceptional service and results. 🚀
When she’s not working, Stefanie enjoys long walks, beach days, bike rides, relaxing poolside, and spending time on the farm — but most importantly, being with her husband, children, and extended family. ☀️🚴♀️🌊 Her two pampered Frenchies, Felipe and Draco, often travel with the family between Iowa and Georgia. 🐶✈️
At the heart of everything Stefanie does is a simple mission: helping families find a place to call home — no matter the season of life — whether buying, renting, investing, or relocating. ❤️🏡
