I had mentioned to a number of people interested that we would let you know when the units will be ready for tenants. Finally after today all 3 units should be ready. It has been a process but the needed electrical part came in last week and service is being switched over tonight. At this point unit #1 and unit #3 are rented or are in the process of being rented. The only available unit is #2. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit, with a huge skylight, a stackable washer and dryer, and a nice big walk-in closet. Rent is $850 a month and will include utilities. This unit is an equal opportunity unit and the future tenants must be income verified. For a 1 person income, the income must be less than $47,900 and for two people, the income must be less than $54,400. Here are a few more recent pictures. The lofts will be Equal Housing Opportunity Apartments with income guidelines. Message me for more information. They are just about ready and we are hoping for July 1st.

Spiral duct work and sprinkler system going in this week. A Lot of the hardware is done now with new appliances to come next week!

Things are changing almost everyday now! Countertops and the last of the windows going in today.
