Legacy Manor of Mason City 2 Bedroom Apartments! Located on the West side of Mason City, near great shopping dining, and with quick access to I-35.

Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen plus in-home laundry in a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath layout. Residents pay for gas and electric, but the building is built to be very energy efficient. Certain units were constructed specifically for those with sensory or mobility impairments, and the whole building is built to be accessible to all. The building has every feature you could ask for: community room, theater, fitness center, beauty/barber shop and an elevator.
