If you have a storage unit and I missed you, you need to contact Taylor Veach at (217) 663-6699. Taylor will be managing the rentals going forward for the new owner.

She will get you a new lease and tell you how to pay your rent.

There will be a new owner of the Apartment Building, Edgewood House and Storage Units on 31 Dec 2025.

I will send out information to all tenants.

If you have a storage unit and I forgot to send you the new data, make sure to reach out, so you don’t lose your unit.

I did my best, but I don’t have the time to manage with everything. It will be managed by a team of professionals.
