We did the math!! We've gotten some feedback about the HOA fees. So we did a little research, and here's what we found!
Average private monthly costs of snow removal $54, trash $71, landscaping & maintenance $210 = a total of $335 per month if paid privately out of pocket.
The HOA fees that pay for all of that are $319.
The HOA fees are CHEAPER!!

Hi all, it's Jessie here, owner of Ethos Real Estate West.
I want to take a minute to brag on our agents here. Marti Calderone and Jacqelyn Wilcox.
See, here's the thing with businesses and giving - it involves intentionality to stay genuine. It's easy to say "Look at us, we gave $$ and did this wonderful thing!" And that can be both genuine and advertisable. I have strived that our giving should always be purposefully genuine at the start. And if we choose to advertise with it, that's fine. But it needs to start with heart.
That is why you'll see yearly posts with myself and popcorn when Ethos sponsors the athletic boosters of a local school - because I went to the school, my kids went to the school, and I have an unnatural obsession with really good event popcorn.
Finding people with good hearts in a business that can lose its heart can be rare. And that makes me so thankful for our team here at Ethos Real Estate West!
Both Marti and Jackie have supported the 4-H youth at the Ingham County Fair for years. From being parents of 4-H youth, leading 4-H groups, and sponsoring/bidding/winning 4-H auctions, these two have invested a lot of themselves in to the adults of tomorrow.
In more recent years they have supported 4-H as real estate agents of Ethos Real Estate West. And I couldn't be more honored to have them be a part of us here.
Their hearts are good, their skills are great, and they are ready to help you buy and sell your next home. ❤️
