If your listing has been sitting longer than expected, small things like photos, repairs, and realistic pricing can make a bigger difference than you think.

Zillow’s CEO shared a few practical reminders for sellers navigating a slower housing market, including the importance of accurate pricing, strong listing presentation, and making homes move-in ready when possible. Buyers in many markets now have more inventory and more time to compare options, so...

Smart layouts, vertical gardening, and multi-functional pieces can make small yards feel spacious and purposeful

Small yards demand intentional design to balance function and beauty. Techniques like square-foot gardening, vertical planting, and using tiered or stackable planters help maximize growing potential without overcrowding. Even narrow areas, such as side yards, can become lush pathways or compact seat...

If you’ve been trying to follow rate headlines lately, a lot of it comes down to inflation, economic data, and what lenders expect next.

Mortgage rates are shaped by a mix of inflation, economic conditions, bond markets, and central bank decisions, which is why they can shift so quickly from month to month. This article breaks down some of the biggest factors lenders watch when setting borrowing costs and why buyers often feel the ef...

Sometimes the biggest obstacle isn't your savings account. It's the belief that you need far more money than you really do to get started.

Many aspiring buyers spend years assuming they need a much larger down payment than lenders actually require. This article explores how "money dysmorphia" can cause people to underestimate their financial readiness, even when they've made meaningful progress toward their goal. While every buyer's si...

If your home still has the all-white look, warmer woods, natural textures, and richer colors are starting to feel a lot more current.

All-white interiors had a long run, but home design is starting to feel warmer again across Canada and the U.S. Think natural wood, stone, textured fabrics, layered lighting, and colors that make a room feel comfortable instead of staged. This is especially easy to see in mountain, cottage, and reso...

NAR and real estate leaders have been advocating on behalf of housing consumers for the past year—and now encourage the Senate to move the bipartisan bill across the finish line.

The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act takes important steps to close the nation’s housing supply gap and make homes more affordable. ✨ CONGRATULATIONS to my buyer on her brand new home! ✨

They will be starting construction soon, but this house is officially hers and I could not be more excited!🥳

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is that new builds are too expensive or out of reach. The truth is, they can be surprisingly affordable. My buyer was able to get a brand new home in her budget. 🙌🏻

If you've been dreaming about a new construction home, don't assume it's out of reach. There are some amazing opportunities out there right now!

So excited for this next chapter and can't wait to see the finished product. Congratulations again! 😊❤️
