Momentum is building at BluestonePeak.

Over the last two weeks, progress has been visible across every corner of the community.

Our future Residential Sales Center is coming to life with power now connected, more custom cabinetry installed, continued painting and trim, and preparations underway for paving the parking lot. Even a few of our custom design details are beginning to make their debut.

Across the community, multiple homes are now under construction in various stages—from foundations to windows, doors, and beautiful new stone accents on the front porches. Every visit to the site reveals something new, and it's exciting to imagine welcoming our first model homes this fall.

Meanwhile, the future pickleball courts continue to take shape, with major foundation progress transforming the site over the past two weeks.

There’s still plenty to do, but one thing is clear: BluestonePeak is moving forward, and the vision is becoming reality.

We're looking forward to sharing what comes next.

Every week brings a few more clues about what BluestonePeak will become.

At the future Residential Sales Center, custom cabinetry, stone finishes, and flooring are now taking shape throughout the building. It's exciting to see the details beginning to come together—and we can't wait to see what's next.

Meanwhile, progress continues across the community, where six lots are now under construction. The two furthest along now have windows installed, with doors arriving soon—another major milestone as BluestonePeak continues to take shape.

There's still plenty of work ahead, but with every passing week it's becoming easier to see the vision becoming reality.

Big things are happening on the mountain, and next week should be another exciting one.

A lot can happen in two weeks.

Over the last couple weeks, framing has begun on our first homes, progress has continued at the future pickleball courts, and work is moving steadily forward at our new Residential Sales Center.

There’s still plenty of construction ahead, but the vision of BluestonePeak is beginning to emerge from the jobsite.

Every week brings new milestones, and every milestone brings us one step closer to welcoming neighbors home.

We’re excited to watch it all come together.

A little rain, a little cold… and a lot of progress at BluestonePeak!

This week, the future pickleball courts kept moving forward, foundations took shape for two more BluestonePeak homes, and trim work and painting continued at our permanent residential sales center.

Next up: lumber is expected to arrive soon, which means we should start seeing framing in the near future.

Plenty happening across the mountain — and plenty more on the way.
