🍽️ A family run/owned Seaford restaurant was on the market after 30 years. The neighborhood institution ended up in the perfect hands, with local, and well-respected Chef Aless (co-owner of the beloved, now gone UES Mon Petit Cafe) as the buyer. She has an exciting culinary-focused vision for the property!
🍓This journey started years back. Aless and family, connected with Sean back in 2018 when looking for a home. They didn't find the right fit, but kept in touch with Sean who help get them the perfect home in 2019. When Aless, a Food Network featured chef drove by the Seaford property in early 2021 and saw a "for sale" sign, she again reached out to Sean.
