On Thursday, Nicky’s Property Management Corporation, in collaboration with our dear friends at Goodleman Demolition, took over Lindenhurst, New York, for another major property transformation.

Our crews completed the removal and proper disposal of an in-ground swimming pool, wooden shed, white PVC fencing, and the surrounding concrete walkway. Once demolition was complete, we brought in and backfilled approximately 200 yards of clean fill, carefully grading the entire area to the required elevation.

The project was completed successfully, and most importantly, the property passed inspection with ease for this family.

Another large-scale demolition and backfill project completed from start to finish.

Today, Nicky’s Property Management Corporation and our dedicated crew took over in West Babylon, New York, completing a full crawl space cleanout for a very good friend of ours.

In addition to clearing out the crawl space, our team removed and hauled away a large pile of construction debris, leaving both areas swept, raked, and thoroughly cleaned.

Another productive day and another property left cleaner than we found it.

Another Shed Base Completed! 🏗️

Today, Nicky’s Property Management Corporation completed a professionally constructed 12’ × 16’ shed base in preparation for the installation of a brand-new shed.

Our crew utilized:

• 2×6 pressure-treated, ground-contact lumber
• 3/8” rebar for secure anchoring
• 45-degree galvanized brackets for added strength and stability
• Heavy-duty w**d barrier with landscape staples
• Approximately 2 yards of ¾” bluestone gravel, properly installed and leveled throughout the base

This project was completed in partnership with our dear friends over at Tuff Shed on Route 109 in West Babylon, New York, ensuring the customer has a strong, level, and long-lasting foundation ready for their new shed.

Yesterday, Nicky’s Property Management Corporation tackled the demolition and removal of a very old and outdated paver patio in this customer’s backyard.

The existing patio was bordered by a two-tier-high cinder block retaining wall, which had been holding back soil along the customer’s rear property fence. Our crew completely demolished and removed the existing pavers and cinder blocks, cleared away all of the overgrown ivy and brush, and chopped out and removed the underlying roots.

Once the demolition and cleanup were complete, we redistributed and graded the existing soil, bringing the area back down to a clean, level grade consistent with the remainder of the backyard.

Another outdated area demolished, cleared, and properly restored by Nicky’s Property Management Corporation.
