On this day in West Islip, New York, Nicky’s Property Management Corporation, alongside a dedicated four-man crew, successfully executed the full demolition and removal of a 12’ x 20’ wooden deck and an adjoining 10’ x 20’ sunroom located at the rear of the residence.

Both structures were carefully dismantled down to their foundational components, ensuring a controlled and efficient teardown process. All materials and debris were promptly loaded, removed, and properly disposed of off-site.

The property was left clean, cleared, and fully prepped for the next phase of construction or renovation—delivered with the professionalism, precision, and turnaround that Nicky’s Property Management Corporation is known for throughout Long Island. 💪🦍👷‍♂️♻️🇺🇸

Project Update – Interior Demolition Completion,Nicky’s Property Management Corp.

Over the course of yesterday and today, our full crew completed a comprehensive second-floor interior demolition of a high ranch-style residence, bringing all areas down to the studs and subflooring in preparation for renovation.

Demolition Scope Included:

Living room

Dining room

Kitchen

Two bathrooms

Two bedrooms

Office

Staircase to lower level

Two connected closets

All demolition debris was removed, exposed framing was fully D-nailed, and the entire work area was thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned. The site has been left safe, organized, and properly prepared for the next phase of construction and remodeling by the contractor.

Work was completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with professional job-site standards. 💪👷‍♂️🦍🐐♻️🇺🇸

Monday Madness at Nicky’s Property Management Corporation: Today, I received a call from a close friend inviting me to stop by a large-scale commercial project currently in progress. While awaiting additional project participants, we spent time reviewing blueprints and surveys, discussing scope and logistics, and evaluating the potential to provide a detailed estimate for a specific portion of the work.💪👷‍♂️🦍👑♻️🇺🇸

Nicky’s Property Management Corporation showed up with a full eight-man crew and delivered high-production interior demolition alongside LGHI Contracting and Designs, led by GC Louis Guluzzi. On a 3,000-square-foot main level, we fully demolished approximately 2,600 square feet in a single day, including the kitchen, living room, dining room, hallway, two bedrooms, and all existing wood flooring. Nearly 60 cubic yards of material were removed, and the space was left fully de-nailed, clean, and construction-ready — proving once again that when it comes to speed, efficiency, and results, we get it done right the first time.
