The real estate market can feel a little like a merry-go-round 🎠
Rates go up. Rates come down. Buyer competition cools off… then heats right back up.
And that’s why waiting for the “perfect” market isn’t always as simple as waiting for a lower rate.
A higher rate can mean fewer buyers competing with you, more negotiating power and less pressure to make your strongest offer just to get the house.
A lower rate sounds great, but if it brings more buyers back into the market, you could be competing against 10 other offers for the same house.
There’s a trade-off either way.
So I’m curious…
7% with less competition
OR
5% with 10 buyers bidding against you?
Which one are you choosing? 👇
