It's a bittersweet moment for me. I sold this house to this family back in 2019 and since then I've had the pleasure of serving them, seeing their children grow and making amazing friends throughout the time. Thank you for all the dinners, the food to go because you knew I was always on the run and wouldn't stop to eat, the block parties and most of all, for the trust in me to always get the job done.

DISCLAIMER: Only this Realtor was hurt in the making of this video—mainly by last-minute cancellations, “Is this still available?” messages at 2AM, and tenants who “forgot” their paperwork.

No renters were harmed in the screening process, though a few applications may have been emotionally challenged. All showings were conducted with patience, persistence, and just a hint of disbelief. Any running between back-to-back appointments, decoding vague texts, or explaining income requirements for the tenth time was performed by a licensed professional.
