As you can see, we’re getting very close to our inaugural Kiwanis Kanoe Race. We’re less than two weeks out.
Being our first, we can’t fall back on the reputation of a previously held event like we can with our other highly successful fundraisers - such as golf, bocce and bowling.
That’s why we’re counting on our Kiwanis Facebook Family to get out the word, to share the post and to sign up for your opportunity to join us on Saturday, August 6th.
If you’re wondering about the venue - it’s the Unqua River. Not familiar? It’s the waterway in the rear of John J. Burns Park. You might know it as the boat launch. Next to the Kiwanis Log Cabin. It’s the gateway to the Great South Bay.
