Who you work with matters‼️

I can’t say it enough. I am regularly teaching agents about how to submit an offer for their buyers. Not only how to submit the offer, but how to submit a great one. What makes an offer complete, and how to represent your buyer the right way. This is what a great agent does.

A good offer should be accompanied by a full name and a phone number at the very minimum so that I can actually call you and talk to you about your offer. Not only that, but if you can’t use an up-to-date form that matches what our current MLS rules actually look like, what does that say about you as an agent and your level of professionalism?

Buyers - Who You Work With Matters.

Before you hire an agent, ask them questions like what are you going to do to get my offer accepted? What does a good offer look like when you send it over? Can you show me?

If you’re not getting adequate representation from the person you hired to help you in the purchase of your home, then how are you going to compete with all of the other people who are getting professional representation at a high-level?
