This picture represents an absolute miracle in our real estate market during the past several years. After years of frustration for myself and many of my VA and FHA (and contingent) buyers who felt ALL the woes of searching for a home in an insanely HOT 🔥 Market, things have softened. As evidenced by these amazing clients who were able to get their Contingent VA (You read that right) offer accepted on their dream home AND find a buyer for their current home within days of listing it. "Capping" at KW is a goal that all agents have because it means we will now earn 100% of our commission for the remainder of our rolling 12 months. In my 6 years in Real Estate, I've been blessed to produce at a respectable level since day 1️⃣ and continually improve and grow my business. However, I've rarely really taken time to self reflect along the way to make sure I'm not losing myself in the process. Well, many of you know that personally, it's been a very tough year for my family. I had VERY low expectations for my business this year because I just knew the focus wasn't there. But it goes to show that when you're at the end of your rope and you muster up the strength to lean into God, He will ALWAYS see you through it. I am so grateful for every client that I've crossed paths with this year and more importantly, everyone that has offered an ear, an encouraging word, or prayers for my family and my business!

Now, time to get busy finishing this year on 🔥.
