REAL ESTATE ANNIVERSARY- 27 Years ago I earned my NY Real Estate License. Regrets? I have had a few, and too few that I can mention!! LOL! The Book I could write especially from the drama in NY, then drama after moving to N.J. The drama was based on people trying to keep me down, and not keep me around!! Laughing now, but some of the things done to me were not at all funny and some quite serious! What does winning look like? It looks like me Still Standing after being attacked by sharks, male and female. The attendee of 13 years of Catholic School and raised to be honest. I was thinking aren't I supposed to be trustworthy, professional and honest?? That's often why I was attacked, and stolen from! Imagine Brokers, Managers and even District Managers stealing from their successful Agents? Happens all the time! There were a handful that also tried to protect me from the evil doers! Teaching me to work more quietly! This is also why I am very protective of Ashley, as she is a top, top producer, Peyton's friend, and like another daughter. They don't come for you if you don't know what you are doing!! Although sometimes very difficult I have have had to view the negative as the acknowledgement of other's being jealous, poor, unsuccessful or insecure! God needed me to financially support the poor ones, ok. A handful of people know all the things, everything! The last decade is when I said the main goal was to still be standing, doing my level best helping people buy and sell houses and still having clean hands doing it! I do owe that success to my Clients and God because I have always recovered speedily from the thefts, and attacks because God only gives us what we can handle!! Grateful He trusts me so much as well as my clients that have trusted me! Thank you and Amen 🙏 Thanks again to all of my wonderful clients, and their recommendations, please know that I am always grateful and consider them gifts!!
