I was very fortunate to help an amazing friend find the perfect house over the last few months! This house has just about everything we were looking for, and I think it takes the first place trophy on my shortest moves list! 9/10 a mile down the road from the home she was living in!

Sharing this post from because over the last few months down payments have been a big cause of concern with first time home buyers I talk to! We’re raised with the mindset that we need to save up 20% or more to buy our first house, when in 2020 that’s just not true! As a first time home buyer you can get into a home with as little as 3.5% down! PMI seems scary, but it can be the difference of you buying a home now, or saving and renting for another 5 years! If you’re thinking about buying in 2020 give a follow, they’re always posting great information and are a great source of local knowledge!

Looking back at 2019, I have to say it was a great year! I wasn’t as focused on Real Estate as I would have liked to be, but it was an amazing year none the less! I married the love of my life, got out on the water for a few amazing days of fishing, and went back to school (EMT) to help further my career ambitions as a Fire Fighter. When looking back at my year in Real Estate I had a few great moments!
Helped a few Co-workers with open houses and listings ✅
First Land Listing ✅
Co-Listed (and sold) a House with ✅
Helped some friends and family members purchase their first home ✅✅✅✅

Although I wasn’t able to focus as much time as I would have liked into Real Estate last year, I think it helped me set my goals for 2020. I’m more motivated than ever to help friends make and hit their goals for purchasing Real Estate in 2020
