Led by expert birder, Matthew Morgan (crouching in center of photo), the walks last an hour and a half and are free. Check with Mecklenburg Parks and Rec for the schedule.

How is the market in Matthews 28104 and Matthews 28105 this July compared to last July. In 28104, the median price is up 5.61% while the median price fell in 28105 by 4.38%. The number of new listings in both areas is similar in July and both areas are still selling quickly at nearly 100% list to sale price on average.
