FYI: There will be contractors in the subdivision the week of July 8-12, 2024. They are inspecting all of our roofs, checking for possible hail damage. They may knock on your doors, to warn you that you may hear them on your roof. This is just for courtesy, since the Board has already given permission for these inspections.

Even on weekends, street parking is illegal throughout the subdivision. For the safety and well-being of the entire neighborhood, the Towing Service will be called, and you will be charged. Please use designated overflow parking, or your driveway.

Street parking is illegal, unsafe, and tricky for traffic. Vehicles will be towed.

Note: We will excuse offenses on Christmas Day, as long as no driveway is blocked.

Dear Neighbors,

If ANY part of your vehicle is on the grass or roadway, you are parked illegally and may be towed. In addition to being a violation of our HOA CCRs, this is both a safety risk if emergency vehicles need right-of-way, and an inconvenience to neighbors backing out of driveways.

Please use overflow parking spaces.
