Today was an exciting closing in Toledo!

I had the privilege of helping a client purchase his very first investment property, and seeing how excited he was to begin this new chapter of entrepreneurship made this one especially rewarding.

There’s something pretty cool about watching someone take an idea they’ve been thinking about and turn it into action.

Today, he didn't just buy a house. He took the first step toward a goal he has for himself and his future.

🏡 A new home and a new chapter in Holland!

Today was a fun closing.

My buyers are relocating from the Cleveland area for new job opportunities, which meant finding the right home here was only one piece of the puzzle.

Their purchase was contingent on the successful sale of their home near Cleveland, so there were quite a few moving parts that needed to line up along the way.

And they did.

We were able to navigate the process, keep everything moving, and close on time and without any issues.

That's the part of real estate I really enjoy.

Buying a home is rarely just about bedrooms, bathrooms and a purchase price. There's usually a bigger story behind the move - a new job, a growing family, a lifestyle change or simply the beginning of something new.

My job is to understand that bigger picture and help make the real estate part of it as smooth as possible.

I'm incredibly grateful they trusted me to help with their move to Northwest Ohio.

Grateful for another reminder of why I love what I do.

What a wonderful turnout today to support the 12-9 Chapter of the CVMA (Combat Veteran Motorcycle Association). 86 bikes took off from Toledo Harley Davidson and helped donate to H.O.O.V.E.S. and Hero’s. Thank you to all who came out and supported this amazing organization!

One of the greatest privileges in this profession is being invited to walk alongside people during important moments in their lives.

A few years ago, I had the opportunity to help a fellow military veteran purchase this home. This week, I had the honor of helping him successfully close the next chapter as well.

When we first sat down to discuss selling, his goal was simple: sell the home and move forward without carrying the burden of the mortgage.
