Terms: A 10% non-refundable earnest money deposit in the form of a check will be required of the successful bidder at the conclusion of the auction. Cash or Conventional Financing only. Financing must be secured prior to bidding at auction and local financing encouraged. Closing: Closing within 30 days of auction at Attorney's Title. Documents available: Bidder's information packets will be available on auction day. Requirements of successful bidder: 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid to establish the final sales price. The successful high bidder will be required to sign a non-contingent Real Estate Purchase Agreement immediately upon conclusion of the bidding. Title: Title will be supplied by the seller at seller's expense giving marketable title subject to restrictions of record. Taxes pro-rated to the date of closing. This weekend I had the honor of helping my friends at Bonnigson & Associates raise money to support Catholic Education at Bishop Hoffman Catholic School's Annual Dinner Auction in Fremont, OH. I wish I'd taken more pictures but this event was truly "next level"! The dedication and community support for the future of Catholic Education at Bishop Hoffman was evident just walking into the room and shined through even more with every paddle raised! Great group of people doing great work for the future generation! Nights like this put the FUN back in FUNd raising!
