Karen Rose stands as a prominent figure in the auctioneering and real estate sectors of Northwest Ohio and Michigan, renowned for her expertise and family legacy in the industry. Karen Rose, Auctioneer, BAS - was raised and trained in the auction business under the tutelage of her father and her three sisters. At 16 years old, she worked for her father, David Rose whom had the largest Real Estate

and Auction companies in Northern Ohio. Karen has surrounded herself with the auction business, having the good fortune to gain continued auction experience from all three of her sisters, who are also auctioneers.
• Earned the Benefit Auction Specialist designation in 2009
• Graduate of Statzenberger College with a degree in Real Estate Certification
• Graduate of the American School of Auctioneering
• Attended Hondros College for Real Estate Courses
• Is an active Auctioneer with the Manheim Auto Auction in Detroit, Michigan
• Manages various aspects of sales including marketing, negotiating, and
advertising for her sister’s companies in regards to personal property auctions
