From attending impactful sessions 📚, advocating on Capitol Hill 🏛️ twice, enjoying some sightseeing 👀, and of course indulging in some incredible food 🍽️… this trip was truly an honor and a privilege.

🏡✨ Real estate will keep you humble… and keep you grateful all at the same time.

I’m heading into this weekend celebrating TWO accepted offers 🎉🎉 and ONE active listing 🏠… and I’m incredibly thankful!

But transparency moment… right before all of that, I had a transaction fall apart due to financing 😔 and a listing get withdrawn.

And honestly… that’s real estate.
