She reached out to me in the spring for advice and guidance on preparing her father’s condo for the market. 🌷🏠 When I tell you she didn’t just take my advice—she went above and beyond! 👏🏾💪🏾 She had the entire condo freshly painted 🎨, installed new flooring throughout 🔨, and made sure it received a deep, thorough cleaning. 🧹✨

Her hard work, dedication, and due diligence paid off! 🙌🏾💯 Within just 12 hours of hitting the market, we had a showing—and the very next day, we received an offer! ⏰🏡📝🎉

Although the condo was listed “as-is,” the buyers submitted a list of requested repairs to negotiate. Being the amazing and thoughtful person she is, my client chose to complete the repairs—and even provided the buyers with a home warranty! 🛠️🧰🎁 Yes, you read that correctly! 💕👏🏾

What an AMAZING time I had at Corinth’s 3rd Annual “Spilling the Tea” Fashion Show & Panel Discussion! 🫖👗🎤🔥

One of my greatest takeaways was that having a healthy relationship with myself FIRST is key to knowing how to have healthy relationships with others! 💕 I walked away with so many valuable nuggets, but the keynote speaker shared something so profound yet so simple: “Protect your peace!” 🙌🏾🕊️

A heartfelt thank-you to my beautiful sister, Pastor Marquisa Horton, and my amazing brother, Pastor Damon Horton, for including me in such a mighty move of God! It was truly an honor serving alongside the panelists, moderators, commentator, and the amazing DJ! 🎶👏🏾
