Displaying this home's potential along with smart pricing strategy helped us to draw multiple offers - which allowed us to get the best terms and maximize our outcome! And while it may have taken longer than we would have liked, in the end it was worth the wait - buyer and seller were both UT alums, leading to a serendipitous ending!! I love when the story ends like this 🏡❤️

Moonwalking with Einstein: The Art of Remembering Everything

I'm claiming this as my for the month for 2 reasons -
1, a business colleague recommended it
2, I need to remember certain things for my job, hence, business related, LOL
- so I think it qualifies!!

This is a COOL 😎 book: yes, I am a nerd 🤓 It has history, science, humor, and relevance. What's there not to like?!

Foer takes us on an adventure: covering the US Memory Championship, which lead to /the decision to train for a year to see if he could learn the techniques and compete himself! Along the way, he provides readers with fascinating information about memory, history, learning, and people who are prodigies, anomalies, and studies of all things memory.

If you're looking for an engaging read with all sorts if fascinating information and a very brief and superficial explanation of memory techniques to improve your memory then pick this one up. Maybe a few tips will help me remember which client lives on which street, the year they bought, and 5 facts about their lives (job, kids, no ice in their soda, dogs, favorite cake flavor...)

I hope this is one book I don't forget (b/c there are times I look at a book and say, did I read that?!) ‼️

Rest is actually essential... we sleep every night, don't we?!

School Spring Breaks are starting - make sure you take yours - breaks will keep you from breaking 😉

Rest and recharge help to make us our best to be successful, so don't forget it's not endless hustle, you need and deserve the break(s)a

Sometimes things don't go the way you plan. I met these cuties TWO years ago - and the plan over those two years went from A to B to A to C! AND THAT'S OK! I am here for it and for YOU - wherever the plan goes and however long it takes, I'm always here.

Once they decided the plan, they knew exactly what they wanted - and it didn't take us long to find it!

I'm so excited for the future for you two! And so thankful we crossed paths and looking forward to working together in the future - however long it takes and whatever plan letter we land on 😉
