$640,000. 🏡✨

Three years ago, I sat at my desk wondering if I'd ever get here. Wondering if the late nights, the hard conversations, the moments of self-doubt were all leading somewhere real.

Today, they most definitely did.

I just closed on a $640,000 home, my highest price point to date and I am genuinely overwhelmed with gratitude. Not just for this transaction, but for every single step that built up to it.

This client came to me as a first-time investor looking to start his portfolio. This is what people don't see, is the work that goes into a journey like this — we searched high and low for over a year before finding the right fit. Not every buyer is ready to purchase the first home you see together, or even after the first 3, 6, 9, 12 months. And that's okay!
