I just heard about a big real estate deal that fell apart after a full month of negotiations… all because the buyer asked an AI, “Am I overpaying?”

AI said: Yes.

So the seller asked the same AI the same day: “Am I selling too cheap?”

AI said: Yes.

Same deal. Same day. Same AI platform. Both parties walked. 😂😭
