From grading to finish product with grass we are your one stop shop!! Get with us for anything and everything dirt work. This back yard was staying soggy and wet holding water against building so we hauled out around 100 yards of dirt and sloped it for positive drainage and put a swale down the middle to get the water out! Transformation in just 5 short days!! This customer was sitting on an island and didn’t like it anymore so he hired us to come in and extend his pad and raise his back yard so we did just that. A dirt man’s favorite, the final product!!! We wrapped up this 3 acre property today with Mother Nature on our side!! This property was 3 foot below the road and customer wanted to be at the road so we dug a 1/2 acre pond and raised the whole property to elevation and once done placed all topsoil back on top for positive drainage and grass growth! Make sure your contractor is doing the correct method to save you money in the long run. The other pictures are a final dress on a Manuel Builders home we built the pad for a few months back. Customer called us back and needed yard graded and driveway built so we hauled in topsoil and limestone to do so and this is the end results!! It lasted a little longer than planned but we wrapped up this bad boy today! We tucked our tail between our legs and fought till then end. Mother Nature was not on our side through this one but the end results make it all worth while! I can’t thank my crew for the countless hours they put into this one.
