Greater Maynard Community Fund A Charitable non-profit, 501(c) 3 corporation, Founded in 2022 with 5 volunteer board Members.

Our Vision is to create economic development opportunity for large or small businesses, job creation within Maynard, and the immediate neighboring area. Our recent acquisition of the Maynard School (MACCRAY WEST ELEMENTARY) provides business housing opportunity, The site has nearly 8 acres for new development potential. Gym space is available for rental, Hallways plan to be open for winter communi

ty walking. Donations:
-All donations are tax deductible
-Donations will be used for the small office expenses, insurance premiums, and utilities such as electricity/natural gas/water until the sale of the property
To reserve use of the gymnasium for birthdays, sports practices, etc contact us (there is a small rental fee)
