I am super excited as this is a first home purchase! He realized that paying someone else rent was just ok, but building his own equity made soo much more sense! Even with rates still bouncing around a bit (and having a great negotiator lol), he was able to still afford payments to himself!

Another Monday and another contract! When you have land like this and with this view.. I can say it wasn't me lol

I swear this is my most favorite place on earth.. and my buyers even shagged some clothes off for a dip while we were there!

Well, we are back on the market in Steinhatchee (no fault of the sellers)! Lets see if we can get another contract in record time! So close to town, you can take the back roads on a golf cart to town.

Large, HIGH AND DRY lot with lots of extras. large Pole barn with concrete and kitchen. Well and septic large enough for 4 RVs/ campers. Fully fenced corner lot. Did NOT flood with recent hurricanes. Clear to close is like music to my ears! Funding approved on another deal too .. and another contract waiting to be signed. It's Friday, been a crazy week of ups amd downs, now it's time for some river time!

Team Fields really showed out today! Garret and Grayson did an amazing job cleaning the river bank and finishing taking out the hurricane and tornado damage that we just couldnt get to. Clean, reliable, and friendly, with an incredibly fair price too. Highly recommend them!
